Barley 4 tbsp(soak it for 3-4 hours and boil this with little bit of salt for 10 mins.cool it complitely.)
Ripe mango pieces 1/4 cup
Orange slices 1/4 cup
Apple slices 1/4 cup
Chopped almonds 1 tbsp
Chopped cashewnuts 1 tbsp
Rasins 2 tbsp
Coarsly chopped black pepper 1/2 tsp
dry basil leaves 1 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Honey 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
10-15 mint leaves
Directions
Bring a bowl,add barley,chopped mango,orange slices,apple slices,chopped almonds,cashewnuts,rasins,black pepper,basil leaves,chilli flakes and salt,mix this well.
Now add lemon juice,honey and salt,mix well.
Finally we will add some mint leaves and keep this mixture into the refrigeretor for 30 mins.
After 30 mins bring this mixture out and mix it well.Healthy and tasty barley fruit salad is ready to serve.
