Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Barley 4 tbsp(soak it for 3-4 hours and boil this with little bit of salt for 10 mins.cool it complitely.)


  • Ripe mango pieces 1/4 cup


  • Orange slices 1/4 cup


  • Apple slices 1/4 cup


  • Chopped almonds 1 tbsp


  • Chopped cashewnuts 1 tbsp


  • Rasins 2 tbsp


  • Coarsly chopped black pepper 1/2 tsp


  • dry basil leaves 1 tsp


  • Chilli flakes 1 tsp


  • Honey 1/2 tsp


  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp


  • Salt 1/2 tsp


  • 10-15 mint leaves

Directions

  • Bring a bowl,add barley,chopped mango,orange slices,apple slices,chopped almonds,cashewnuts,rasins,black pepper,basil leaves,chilli flakes and salt,mix this well.
  • Now add lemon juice,honey and salt,mix well.
  • Finally we will add some mint leaves and keep this mixture into the refrigeretor for 30 mins.
  • After 30 mins bring this mixture out and mix it well.Healthy and tasty barley fruit salad is ready to serve.
